Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at East Stroudsburg University - ESU 2.6 They are a cool group of bros, they have the best Frat parties so they say, but if your not a brother you'll never find out. Come off as douchy but thats a lie ,not all of them are that way. As a brotherhood they are tight amogst eachother , but hardly mingle with other fraternities.
