Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at East Stroudsburg University - ESU 4.4 you can say they are the best. as far as parties? great parties lotta girls. there brotherhhod is pretty strong from what ive seen. Not very open to talking to new people, but still nice guys

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at East Stroudsburg University - ESU 4.4 Tbh, probably the op frat at esu (not by much though) fun parties. i went one of their date parties and had the time of my life.

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at East Stroudsburg University - ESU 4.2 They have their ups and down but by far they are the best fraternity and have second to the best house but they rage so hard and the brotherhood is very close
