Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at East Stroudsburg University - ESU 5.0 If not the best fraternity, its definitely second. If they get back to throwing parties, they would definitely be first. I don't hear anything bad about them. Most diverse group of guys. They definitely go for quality brothers over quantity as you can tell by their last pledge class.

Also, I love that their philanthropy is Jimmy V GO NC State!
