I know partying isn't the only aspect of sororities but it is definitely a factor when joining a social sorority. Here is a description of what the sorority social scene is.

Zeta- Go out frequently; associate with SAE nearly exclusively. Only associate with the top 2 frats when not with SAE; generally won't show up or talk to boys that aren't with SAE
Aphi- Go out frequently; mostly associate with the top frats but also associate with everyone even the more bottom tier frats; generally liked by frats
Sig Kap- go out frequently & are a little wild; associate with sig tau a lot and frequently go outside of Duquesne greek organizations
DZ- go out frequently; associates with DChi a lot, does go to other top tier frats but is not their favorite
AGD- go out frequently; associate with SAE semi-regularly, associate with most of the other frats
AST- go out frequently; mostly associate with middle tier frats but are generally fun
GphiB- do not go out frequently
AOII- do not go out frequently

Gphi goes out just as much if not more than many of the others. They have a rep for being wild and super fun at parties so idk where you got that from?
