They did have some pretty girls but seeing as this new pledge class is so large it now makes up the majority of their chapter and that is definitely going to harshly impact them

Alpha Phi somehow tricked some hot girls into thinking they were cool? Good for them I guess, bad for the hot girls who fell for it. Stole a lot of girls who normally would have went AGD.

Alpha Phi didn't "trick" anyone into anything. Maybe AGD should just realize they didn't put enough effort into recruitment, instead of trying to blame others.

Aphi did an overall great job in recruitment (as usual), ZTA got hot girls (as usual), SK has been doing average (nothing special), DZ did pretty good but we'll see how retention is, GPHIB didn't do as bad as I expected (at least personally), AOII did alright! I liked your shirts!, and AGD had a rough year, but ONE year is not a make-or-break scenario. It happens to the best of us.
