Rolling with my last comment about thinking positively, feel like I should highlight some guys.
Jake in Phi Kap is so sweet and really funny. You can really tell that he cares a lot about his organization and loves his brothers.
Jon Jon in SAE is like the funniest dude ever. Always there for his friends and definitely changed my perception of fraternities.

Since this thread actually has gone in a very positive way:
Jess from Sig Kap is really awesome. Very genuine and fun.
Gigi From Alpha Phi for sure seems to be doing a ton and is always smiley
Emily Rice of DZ works hard and does a lot for Greek ambassadors
Morgan from AST is a super solid pick too. One of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.
Nicola from AOPi is well liked in the office for being involved in ambassadors
Ashton from ZTA is a great pick for their best.
Bethany of G Phi B has done a lot including Carnival chair.
Nina of AGD did a lot for them when she was there.
As for guys,
Dan from Sig Tau really has had a positive influence on them.
Devin from TKE seems to be fairly active.
Greg from SAE is a really nice guy.
Marcus from AD does a lot and is always pretty positive.
Jeremy from APDis one of the funniest people youwill meet and keeps it really real with people.
Phil from Phi Kap is a really genuine and up and coming member for them.
Luke from Sig Nu pretty much keeps them alive. Also really friendly too.
Zach from DX was a good pick too.

I know these are two grad students BUT they're both very involved still!
GA Steph was so involved in her chapter, then Panhellenic, now she basically runs greek life. Awesome girl and is ALWAYS willing to help you out.
And for the guys Ken from DX. His story is just so inspiring. Watching the A Phi video of them celebrating his cancer free was amazing. He's such a good guy and you can see how deeply he cares about Greek Life

These are the types of things that we need to be highlighting in Greek Life!!! Not who has the "hottest" girls or which frats throw the best parties. Everyone's experience in Greek Life is different. Everyone finds their home and exactly where they need to be.
I recently just graduated so I can't really speak to who the new MVPs are, but just from talking to some of the girls who took over Panhell they're killing it and I am so beyond proud of everything they've been doing! If anyone has someone they want to shout out go for it!! Let's stop making Duquesne Greek Life such a toxic thing.

Though I agree that every sister is important, I wonder if this post was just to high light people we deeply appreciate in the Greek community. For example, I'm not in DZ but I feel like April is a perfect example of the sorority woman. She's polished, incredibly sweet, and always running around working for her sorority, TKE, and she just designed awesome shirts for IFC.
And then I love Anna M in AST. Literally the funniest and nicest person in the world. Super friendly and definitely wears her letters proudly!
Though every organization is made up by ALL our members, there is nothing wrong with expressing our love for specific members. Not in either sorority but know both of them a little and think they're awesome. So shout out to DZs April and ASTs Anna M! You two help change the perception of sorority women!
