cheese tiers 2016

Top; Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella, American, Pepper Jack
Middle; Feta, Swiss, Gouda, Blue, Provolone
Bottom; Goat, Gorgonzola, Brie, Cottage

Although Mozzarella mainly hangs around Pizza, they still deserve top tier based on delicious flavor and coverage across all sorts of pizza.
Blue Cheese is on the rise, i love the diversity of color it contains, however still is unfavored by many.
Cottage continues to stay bottom tier being that the only people who enjoy being around them are parents.

OBVIOUSLY feta has earned their way to the top with this PC but I was pleasantly surprised by gorganzola's class. Way to go, ladies!
