The best at Duquesne. A frat's dream to mix with. Nearly every girl is good looking, smart, and caring. Maybe small instances of meanness during recruitment could be true. But it's minimum. Not like other sororities are not worse. They are great and deserve it.

Either include multiple POC or none at all. Not right to have had just one to meet quota. It made that person stand out from the group and look like they didn’t belong. Just highlighting they didn’t fit in with the pretty white girl “DZ image”. Recruit deeper than looks more often.

In 7 years, delta zeta has had one POC... which seemed like a misfit since there was no diversity. You can do better to recruitment more diverse women.
