I want to root for these girls, because I know how hard it can be facing challenges in an organization, but they had a very poor display of sisterhood on their elections night. Not working together as an organization can really hold you down. Other organizations are trying to tell you what departments you seem to be lacking in, and although the remarks might be harsh, you could take criticism and turn it into a positive attempt to grow. Good luck in your second year of formal recruitment!

These girls get a lot of negative criticism on here, and unfortunately, I can't say I disagree. But hopefully these remarks will make them take a deeper look at themselves and help inspire some change. Best of luck in recruitment!

Haven't seen much of these ladies this semester, but things always wax and wane from time to time. Lots negativity on here, but I'm sure they'll turn out for recruitment. Get excited!

There seems to be a lot of hate surrounding these girls this semester. Hopefully come Spring things will take a turn for the better! I'm sure they'll do well in recruitment, they always do. Get pumped!

As a member of a fellow Greek organization, I have to hand it to these girls. It can be very hard to change a preconceived idea of a group, but they are really seeming to be working to turn things around. Plus their new recruitment video looks really cute. Let's all get excited for upcoming recruitment and show each other some love and support!

they'll put on a show during recruitment. they'll appear to all be put together & have this incredible sisterhood that's so concerned with service and fun but in reality they have one philanthropy event and they're all stuck up and rude, both to each other and everyone else on campus. these letters don't make you better than anyone else on campus. in fact, they make you look worse.

Everyone seems to comment on the social lives of these women. Although an overly social lifestyle might not be for everyone, that might be what some ladies going through recruitment are looking for. Best of luck!!
