Breed the type of guys who will become 40 year old virgins or those creepy pervs still living in their mom's basement. They used to be weird but nice guys. But this past year, they fell HARD and became creepier and meaner. Now that their seniors graduated, hopefully next year will be a bit better.

More of a sorority than a fraternity. They will give anyone a bid to have the appearance of being popular because they have the biggest pledge class. Unfortunately, most of their members are complete goobers who try way to hard to look cool. Lame group of dudes

Sig Tau is a top fraternity on campus. They have great parties and seem to be pretty active on campus. Don't really understand the low ratings. People are jealous of them and SAE it seems.
