The child hospitalized will is pressing charges against KA, the IFC, and potentially Duke as the IFC sanctioned this KA event. KA provided alcohol, against IFC rules, and created an unsafe atmosphere, endangering the student. AS a result, the IFC will most likely remove KA's charter and they will exist as an off-campus fraternity.

Anyone who chose to join KA while having bids to other fraternities really messed up, as their fraternity is now dead.

this is 100 percent false. The kid has repeatedly said that he doesn't blame KA in the slights
