clearing up the ka situation

I am someone with inside knowledge of the KA situation. They will 100% be able to give out bids and it looks like they are going to have an unreal PC. The IFC has told them that it was mandatory for them to suspend their formal presentation but that they will not face any serious punishment because KA told IFC about the even before hand and IFC approved it.
