round 2 to 3

how selective is the cutting process from round 2 to 3? If I've talked to like 8-10 brothers during round 2, will that be enough?

Which fraternity and who you talked to have a big say. Some brothers are really influential in the rush process and some have very little sway. Talking to the rush chair and the president is different than 2 seniors who aren't really involved.
