ranking the bottom tier aka "the rest"

Sig Chi - the only group to mix with anyone besides GPhii and ChiO, they get one zta mixer a semester. These guys are great friends with each other, it's more about the brotherhood than the parties here. And the jello party was pretty good this year, actually.

Chi Psi - Their older guys are not fratty in the least, but most of them either could have been in or are in cool SLG's. Their sophomores aren't great because most of last year's freshmen wanted to join a more established fraternity, but overall not a terrible group of guys.

SAE - This fraternity is not honest with themselves about what they are. They have one GPhi mixer a semester (GPhi won't do more than that), and they refuse to mix with ChiO because they think they're above that. Ask for mixers and get rejected by ZTA, ADPi, and DG every semester, it's a semesterly tradition. Seems pretty sad to me to join a fraternity and only have one mixer a semester. Lowest GPA, too, not a lot going for this chapter. The letters mean a ton nationally, but they mean nothing here.

PhiDelt - This is a pretty atypical group, to say the least, but they're being honest with themselves about what kind of kids they should be recruiting. Great new sophomore rush chair this year. Mix with ChiO.

SigPi - These guys are ok, but they have such small pledge classes that it's hard to take them seriously as a group. Maybe this is the year they finally get a large enough pledge class to truly have a sustainable chapter.
