A lot of the other threads with rankings devolve into discussions about tier 2 and 3 frats.
Let this be a general thread for posts about the top tier (Adphi, Dsig, KA, and fine you too Snu)

There is less debate for the top tier, which is why there isn't much discussion. The consensus is its Dsig/KA/Adphi (no particular order) and then snu below all three of them. end of discussion. Oh, and before Pike rolls in claiming to be top tier - Pike is not top tier
