banned topics during rush?
by: Freshman helpI know it's important to evidence yourself as well-connected and social during rush. How do I do this if I can't mention "booze" or "bank accounts"?

Dressing in expensive clothes and mentioning recent vacations is an easy way to prove your high "bank accounts", but honestly only the Key 3 sororities care about that. Almost all of the sororities, however, like girls that go out, so if you mention going out, we're not judging you, we're just not allowed to bring it up ourselves. Just don't talk about being sloppy drunk, and you're fine.

If you knew anything about the key 3, you'd know that they already have their freshman class chosen by now. So anyone that comes to Greek Rank looking for advice is not getting into a Key 3 sorority. This advice applies to the 7 other sororities that make up the majority of Greek women.

There are a number of different sororities at Duke and they all have different value. Not sure why you're on your high horse, but you need to get off of it.
