Can't get a read on them. How do they compare to pike and the rest of the top tier?

Essentially the same. Pike throws better parties than Pikapp, octoberfest is a good example of that, although the Pikapp has started to step their game up there. Big difference is in the guys. Pike's seniors are cool but their sophomores were probably the weirdest pledge class last year. Pikapp had real chill younger guys and older guys are alright.

Bottom line: Pikapp = cooler dudes. Pike = better parties.

Pikapp is a lot like sigep, but whereas sigep throws better parties (snow cones), pikapp is more close-knit

Pikapp mixes way better than sigep, they're not really comparable at all

They're more comparable than you think. Pikapp definitely mixes better but Sig Ep throws better parties (paint, snowcones) than Pikapp (Phultra). Sig Ep is overall less cool
