Explanation:
The top three are difficult to differentiate. They are all top fraternities in their own right, but with different vibes, advantages and disadvantages. However, these generally balance our and all are basically equal.
Snu was previously in this group, however they have recently fallen off. This is for a couple reasons. First, while their pledge class last year is about 75% very solid guys, there are still 25% that are pretty weird and probably wouldn't have gotten bids in other years. This leads me into the more important point, being their probation after an incident at a rush event last year. Not only did that hurt last year's rush, but it is severely affecting their ability to draw in freshmen this year. With a strong rush (seems unlikely but is possible) they could move back up, but conversely another weak rush (looks likely) could cause them to fall further. Only time will tell.
Pike was previously above Pikapp, and has cooler older guys. But Pikapp had a better rush than Pike last year and has probably drawn equal. ATO is not on the level of either but still solid.
Sigep was previously equal to DTD but have moved up with a couple solid rushes, while DTD's have been mediocre. AEPi was previously above both, but have probably drawn equal to DTD with a better rush last year.
I think we can mostly agree that these are accurate. Anyone who says otherwise has an agenda.

After this weekend, I think it's time to put AEPi above DTD. As you said, AEPi had a better rush than DTD last year, and Y2K was much, much better than Iced Out.
With that said, I think it is unfair to judge ATO based on 80s this weekend. It isn't their fault the venue got them shut down for noise. 80s was a fluke. They'll be fine and their next party will be up to their standards.

Honestly anyone that knows aepi knows that they care less about rankings than any other fraternity, they just want to have fun and throw down with their friends (and as a girl that mixes with them they do just that).

AEPi is the most active fraternity on greek rank by FAR. It's probably just 1 or 2 salty kids, but still shows how insecure they are. There's also the random KSig kid and SNu hater thrown in the mix also, to be fair. But yea that's greekrank in a nutshell

KSig is definitely right under ATO but above Sigep, their last party had almost the entire sophomore PiPhi class(maybe half) plus a lot of their seniors/juniors, something that neither ATO, sigep, nor any other 'mid tier' frat would do.
You wouldn't see any girls in Pi Phi or other key 3 sororities at a DTD/AEPi/Sigep party

This is a solid list. SNu is gonna be fine during rush this year and DSig and KA are gonna do really well too. ADPhi has a PC locked down but some of those guys are having regrets. Still solid tho. Pike and Pi Kapp are drawing huge numbers but we'll see how well they actually do.
