rankings going into november

Too much BS on this website right now. It's time to break down exactly what is going on at Duke right now.
Tier 1A:
DSig: Top house on campus. They dominated rush last year and its showing now. Candyland may have been the best party of the year. Anyone who says DSig is lying.
KA/ADPhi: I'm shocked as anyone that ADPhi has maintained itself so well but it has and they have thrown pretty fun parties. KA has had housing issues but other than that continue to do their thing.
Tier 1B
Pike: Piketoberfest solidified this ranking as did their multiple Key3 mixers. Snu is on probation and Pike has jumped them.
Snu: Still in the top tier but falling. They need a good rush and have really struggled in the fall with their cool junior class abroad
Tier 2A:
Pikapp: They aren't in Tier1 yet, but they are close. Phultra was only okay, but then again its an on-campus party, so how fun can it really be. Continue to mix well, but will need to beat either Pike or SNu in rush this year to move up.
Tier 2B:
ATO: They have been able to maintain their standing for awhile now, some say they are slipping but they continue to have fun parties and good mixers.
SigEp: Rising but still below ATO. Mixers have been better this year, but until they get Key3, they will still here.
Tier 3 (Biggest dropoff probably :
DTD: They are what they are. Mix okay (mostly Zeta and ADPi) and throw fine parties.
AEPi: Slightly below DTD
Sig Chi: Throw them here if you want, but few mixers

I think is is actually accurate with the exception that Adphi should be top followed by DSig followed by KA. SNu can't be put up there with those three right now. I'd also agree with Pike where they are but maybe tied with SNu. However a strong rush would put Pike above SNu, just like SNu could easily be in 1a by the end of the year again.

Your rankings are terrible, Pike.
Pike: way too high, no way are they (you) above Snu.
AEPi: way too low. Should be equal to or slightly below SigEp
ATO: not in a different tier from Pikapp, they should be only slightly below, not in a different sub-tier
Sig Chi: Not even close to the same tier as DTD, unless you put them in 3b and make DTD 3a. Not enough separation there.

Get off greek rank AEPi. Doesn't AEPi ust mix with ADPi and Zeta- DTD should be ahead of AEPi

DTD, AEPi, and SigEp are all equally as tier 2B/3A or whatever you want to say. All are middle tier and are fine. As someone who mixes with all 3 they all have there ups and downs. They all mix with the same sororities and have the same mix of guys. really just depends on where you fit in.

Not exactly the same sororities, SigEp also mixes with APhi and on occasion (like once a semester) does something with Theta. DTD and AEPi don't really branch out too much in terms of mixing and doing things with organizations on campus
