pledge class rankings are subjective af
by: Honest post
Does anyone else realize that ranking pledge classes is entirely based on a few personal experiences that someone's had with only a few brothers in each fraternity? No one knows everyone in each chapter, and as a general trend, people tend to gravitate toward a handful of frats, limiting their perspective enormously. Any pledge class ranking is total bs unless one class is far and beyond the best one.
It's undeniable that all the decent fraternities have some great guys who will eventually become the faces of their respective groups, and if you really counted them objectively, you would see that for the most part they're well distributed and largely even.
Let's keep this site positive. It's meant to give people an honest perspective of how the social scene works at duke. A good frat regardless of its "tier" is capable of throwing down.
That being said, stop being so social climby pikapp. Phultra was about as thrilling as my neighbor's Bar Mitzvah.
