I'm sorry but did you even go to beach week? At least for the freshman/sophomores KA is definitely not top. Most likely a tie between Snu (once off probation) and DSig. This semester Snu lagged but they'll be back in full force next year.
I'd correct the top four to be:

for the last time yall are not relevant.. DTD and Sig Ep are too high, KA is not better than SN... so many problems with this list.. also whats up with PIKE and Pi Kapp being so high??ive met a few of the brothers and they definitely dont seem like they're right below top..
