Tier 1: KA/AdPhi/SNU
Tier 2: Pike/ATO
Tier 3: Pikapp (/wayne if you want to count that)
Tier 4: SigChi/AEPi
Tier 5: Theta Chi

These are the historic tiers and the specific ranks change with each year.

Make tier three Wayne/ATO, tier four Sigchi/pikapp, tier five aepi/thetachi then this is law
