How many snap bids do each of the frats give out and when do they give them out? How do they decide who to give them to

pretty random, depending on PC numbers, and you have to know someone since there's no real process

Depends on cross rush but to get a snap bid you pretty much always have to have made it to round 4 and rarely round 3 in the off chance they need to give out snaps
