very fair rankings heading into rush

Frats:

1. Adphi - threw a ton, great srat relations, def more of a party frat
1. KA - not as good throwers but insane srat relationship w tri delt and great brotherhood
3. Snu - looking to bounce back, still threw very well, good brotherhood
5. Pike - threw great parties but can’t break into the top 3, more of a party frat
5. Ato - with a good rush will be above pike, mix of brotherhood and party but is def more brotherhood
6. Wayne - great historical rep and great parties, too bad their brotherhood is lacking
7. Pikapp - decent parties and good srat relations, more of a party frat
8. Sig chi - decent parties but iffy srat relations bc of historical rep, more of a brotherhood frat
10. Theta chi and ae pi: these two confuse me, heard they cross threw venue parties but are having a joint bid day mixer with just DG which will be interesting… theta chi more party, ae pi more brotherhood

Srats:

1. Tri delt - gonna go out there and say what we all been thinking, married to ka
2. Pi phi - more genuine sisterhood needed to get back to top, mix w adphi and snu
4. Kappa and Aphi - iffy sisterhoods and both get invited to same things, kappa matches w pike, aphi matches w ato
5. Theta - very sweet just not up there
6. Dg - very nice nothing bad to say
7. Chi o - don’t join whatever this is
