Do guys who weren't dirty rushed get bids?

Yes they do, I was dirty rushed by one frat and then stopped halfway through fall semester cuz I wasnt vibing with it, hit spring rush and rushed three places ended up at one of the upper tier frats. Definitely less likely, at least 50 percent if not more of the pcs of the top frats are all dirty rush kids
