How to get dirty rushed

For guys in frats, how do I get dirty rushed? I see dudes like Chris Umbols get lunch w a different brother everyday and I am wondering how tf someone like that is getting dirty rushed so hard

dm the fraternity instagram and ask about it. make sure you put your household family income, net worth, property addresses, etc. so they have a better idea of whether you will be a fit or not
