(Ranked in order, this is just subjective and fair. Sorry if it hurts to hear)
Adphi: Have thrown the best events so far and have the most liked sophomores. Are currently winning rush. They threw the best O-Week party and have thrown the best late nights and events since. Still haven’t even thrown Candyland. But they do come off as a little too exclusive and cliquey, for example they’ve only had mixers with the top two sororities.
KA: Nice guys but are unable to throw a good party. Their O-Week party was mid and unKAged wasn’t great. But, they’re doing great rushing the guys that fit their niche, although those guys aren’t being rushed by anyone else. A well-liked sophomore PC. But a lot of freshman are put-off by their vibe. Anyone who doesn’t say Adphi is their favorite frat, would say KA. But they’re on different ends of the spectrum so there’s not much overlap.
Snu: Lame current PC, but have been doing pretty good in rush. Full Moon was a complete flop and freshman are starting to realize that people only like the Snu seniors, not the sophomores. Incredible senior PC. Have thrown the second best late nights, and did great co-throwing O-Week. Guys are a bit weird, nice though.
ATO: Started off strong but after having a darty that nobody went to, and then Pillow being mid, they’ve lost their momentum. Also, freshman are starting to realize ATO isn’t a top frat and most of their PC is unlikeable. Still, have completely redefined ATO into something much better than what it was in the past.
Pike: Super nice group of guys, have thrown ok-ish events but people still like Pike. Just not a top frat though.
None of the rest matter.

In no world is that true. Pikapp is closer to sig chi and aepi then pike ato. They’re on a hard decline after last semester

That is in no way close to true. Maybe like 4 years ago, but pi kapp is on a hard decline, and had a terrible PC last year lmao.
