Snu is not trending down (they had a 10 man pc when the normal is 20-30)

Ae pi is above any other frat (they had a party where a girl literally pissed on the floor in the corner. they are the bottom)

Pikapp is better than Wayne (ask anyone whose party/mixer they’d rather go to and it will always be Wayne)

Ato is equal/above pike (any top tier srat girl will choose pike any day of the week)
