KA: solid PC, mid sophs but top tier upperclassmen
SNu: mid PC but great sophs and decent older

Mid
ATO: solid PC but no depth to org
Pike: good PC but gbf vibes

Wayne: good class + events but aren't a real org

(significant drop)

Bottom
Sigchi: great PC but weird upperclassmen + hardly mix
PiKapp: small and shrinking PC, rarely mix but decent sophs and seniors

Aepi: on the come up, but starting from the bottom
Theta Chi: down bad.
