Theta chi jumping ranks and leaving out tier gaps so people think they are within sniffing distance of wayne and pikapp.
Theta bi's only dirty rushing method is convincing their PNMs that they're in the closet and trying to sleep with them. (Yes this really happened). Theta bi is to frosh guys what KA is to their girlfriends.
