dke vs. pikapp comparison - post interstellar

Similarities:
both fraternities at duke

Differences:
1. dke didn't invite 700 heads to a venue party, only for 1/3 of them to show up. (non-brick invites too tired from ato)

2. dke's parties don't experience 15 minute long power outages multiple times. (maybe bid some more electrical engineering students, pikapp)

Pikapp follows the shotgun model for bands. They run into a room and throw 40 bands in there and hope someone uses them.
