Now it is clear that the people posting the lies and misinformation are the anti-greek squad. They do this at other campuses too (UT, UVM, etc.) and invent lies and pretend they are concerned students. They use their hatred of anything greek to justify their lies. They have good internet connections and lots of time on their hands.

If any of this is true, contact The Chronicle. This would be front page and they would be dying to do the story. If there is any shred of evidence, they will expose it all. Go for it.....
