Theta chi does not nor never even did exist at Duke University as a member of the Durham IFC. The Durham IFC has been transgressed by Sig Ep's masquerade as Theta Chi, fraught with lies and malintent, in a selfish effort of self-preservation. The coup de grace of this scandal is that Sig Ep itself is still affiliated with Duke University. So, now the Duke IFC will have full disciplinary and administrative power over the brotherhood of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Accordingly, they are banned in principle from all recruitment events until next Spring semester. Duke IFC frats have paid handsomely for violating this compact in the past, resulting in Mary Pat witch hunts that almost always result in disbandment. If you have been rushing Sig Ep, I assure you, no matter what you are told, you will not be extended a legitimate bid this weekend and will be waiting for the chapter to either collapse as duke admin dissects it or crumble to the vastly superior Durham IFC competition that will initiate full pledge classes in the coming weeks.

nice try Theta Chi, you only received notice that your charter got denied at the last minute. admitting you had no future would permanently shatter any hope of getting kids, so instead you lied.
freshmen maybe check why theta chi is the only frat in red on Santee’s rush presentation schedule. cause it doesn’t actually exist.
