Wayne Pikapp Merger?

Anyone heard ab anything ab wayne disaffiliating and merging with Pikapp? I know Duke is cracking down pretty hard on SLGs and Wayne has been talking about disaffiliating. Ive been going to a lot of ATO/Pikapp events and was more interested in ATO but this may sway my decision towards pikapp
