Upper Tier:

DSP (Neutral) - Chiller than scale people and way less cut throat, easily top house

Phide (Trending down) - Some weird pre-med but overall the vibes are cool, closest thing you’ll get to a real frat at a state school

Mid Tier:

PAD (Trending up) - Low key got the best class in rush last year, great group of people and looking to dominate rush this spring, most attractive group overall

Scale and Coin (Trending down) - think they are too cool just cause they’re exclusive, just a bunch of finance bros who think they’re too cool to talk to girls, just plain weird, dominated in cross rush

Lower Tier:
