Wtf is a Sig chi? Why do does GR rank them?

Sig chi seems to be popping up all over GR. Even saying they are part of the mid-tier in any capacity. But who are they? Have they had a party/darty? Do they mix with legit srats? I really think this frat belongs in the conversation of dtd and aepi and nothing more.

All I’ve heard as a freshman is that they have a nice setup at their house but nothing else, if they’ve thrown at all it’s definitely been small/relatively unremarkable

They threw a couple house parties and an o-week darty. Better than the basement tier but nothing spectacular. If they ever throw a real party/darty maybe they can rise but should be below pikapp for now
