Actually sick of the BS & self-rankings on this site. Here are the actual ranks and explanations why. KA and Snu were rushing the same core guys and most chose to go KA and they ended up with the best PC. Snu bid a ton of guys, cut some of the problematic kids, and ended up with a good PC despite their losses in cross rush. This PC is somewhat below average by their standards, but their top tier connections to Srats keeps them at 2. Adphi also did well in rush. Was looking like a lot of their core was going to flip KA/Snu last second but they retained them in the end. Credit to them. Pike also did a great job this year. Bid a ton of kids and got some gems in the process. Beat out top tier frats on a few kids which showed they did well rushing. Honestly could make an argument for them having the 3rd best PC. ATO lost a lot of kids during cross rush but retained their main core, nothing out of the ordinary there. Wayne did a lot of dirty rushing this year and got a bunch of nice guys.
Sidenote: All frats did a great job of cutting kids with allegations/problems. Kudos to everyone on that. Let the Geeds go crazy, we're not going anywhere.

Bro the kids who chose KA over Adphi or SNU were all straight bricks, tons of them regretted their decision and wanted to go back. A frat that needs to snap bid because their PC was so small from no one taking the bids, built by Robert E Lee, could never be considered top house. Sorry that might be hard to see, but racism, i mean KA sorry, was never open to multiple perspectives in the first place.

Snu tried to come in last second and steal KA's main kids like they always do. Such fakeness by them. This is the first accurate greekrank post I've seen in a while.
