In what world in SigChi above SigEp or PiKapp. Even if one is staying on and the other has no upperclassmen the brothers are way better than SigChi and have been for years

My good sir, the world of Duke is the foundation for these rankings. Perhaps you should take note that SigChi=SigEp. Everything below them had substantial number of brothers drop.

I will concede that Pikapp's brothers are on average, higher-tier than SigChi. When there are about ten of them in total, however, that doesn't translate to a high-tier organization.

I think putting two spaces between pike and sigchi=sigep is better, the top 5 are really in a whole different ballpark to the bottom 4 (sigep excluded)
