Real Rankings for Rush with explanations on trends

Snu (Neutral) - Historically in the top tier. Doesn't usually rock the boat, pcs largely made of wealthy NY kids, liked by srats. Current status helped by recent KA events and loss of dsig. Will likely stay somewhere in the top 3 for the future, doesn't show signs of changing/moving far.

ADPhi (Trending Up) - Another historic top tier. Usually aimed toward rich stoner kids, had a needed injection of energy from the incoming class. Vibe trending strongly toward more outgoing kids. Atmosphere starting to look like old Dsig, will be top if they keep the trend going, sitting below right now based on history. Needs to use their frat houses (the compound) more to make the move up.

KA (Neutral): Trending down is kinda strong to say like most of these posts, depends on what the result is with Duke vs the IFC. They'll more than likely survive without issues, and will be back as a standard in the top tier, but not certain until its resolved. More southern vibes than Adphi/Snu, good guys all round, well respected typical top frat. Famous for KA wing day, decent parties.


ATO (Trending Up) - Historic strong mid tier. Big pc last year helped them out, but real 50/50 on good kids vs fluff. Doing good dirty rushing, decently regarded by srats but not highly enough to warrant a move up. Typically kids that don't get through the top 3 but not always the case, has some real chillers, worth looking at.

Pike (Neutral) - In a normal year they would easily be considered above ATO, but it seems they've had some issues internally recently and weren't able to ride them out as smoothly as they'd wanted to. Could very easily jump back up, but some way to go. Throw some decent parties, e.g. Piketoberfest.


DTD (Trending Down) - Lower-mid tier as of right now, would usually be on the edges of midtier but as with a lot of frats didn't ride out the past year well. Standard fraternity vibes, nothing particularly special or bad about them. Some cross-rush w ATO in normal years.

Pikapp (Trending Up) - Another normal midtier, some years closer towards the higher end of mid tier but hard/impossible to put them there right now. A lot of the frat dropped over the summer and the guys who are left are trying to bring it back, doing a good job. Chill guys, normal vibe is similar to Pike, historically a lot of cross-rush. Will have a lot of work to do to revive themselves, but not impossible.


SigEp (Trending Down/stayed affiliated) - Kinda nerdy, nice guys, historically overlap w DSP. Main reason for the downward trend is continuing affiliation which could make it tough for them to survive is juniors are abroad next semester, leaving only the seniors to rush two whole classes. They throw a party or two that freshmen do go to, very standard lower-mid frat, not bad overall.

SigChi (Trending Up): Idk what the SigChi trend is, I hadn't heard of them before this semester. Would like to see them in the top 3 one day.

AEPi (Neutral) : I think AEPi threw Playground last year which wasn't bad, don't know much about them other than that. Smaller pcs, not bad guys j very standard.

From here down there isn't enough to know what they're doing or trending like. Standard bottom tier, sure they're chill dudes just not as typically fratty. Probably closer to SLGs.
