weird open houses

hey guys so im a freshman and the open houses for adphi and ka were a joke. I am an international student from india so i was not on campus last semester. it seems like a select few freshman knew everyone already and made a mockery of it. will there be an effort to be more inclusive in later events and am i gonna get cut since i didnt know the bros?

It depends on the impression you made tbh. You will probably make it through round one if you didn’t say anything monumentally stupid and had a decent conversation with the bros. It will all be okay so don’t worry.

Honestly top frats like ADphi KA and Snu have had 90%+ of their PC decided by the end of last semester, it’s gonna be near impossible to get into a fraternity like that if you haven’t met any brothers in person at this point

I understand wanting to be in one of those frats, but remember there are other frats you might fit better. If you really want to join and think you're a good fit, re-rush next year when you'll have a better shot.
