SNu is Top House, no competition.

Hey freshmen, don't even think about rushing AdPhi, KA or Dsig. SNu is clearly the coolest frat out there with the most ripped, athletic and all around dope dudes. It may be true that 50% of our PC defected after bid day last year but it's because they couldn't handle our sheer level of talent.
