I'm just confused why people are saying KA is dead after throwing a party? Since when did parties become a bad thing in greek life. Also almost every top frat has had stuff just didn't get caught...

they're not "dead" but the fact that they got caught means a lot of individuals in the frat are gonna get f-cked by duke and durham PD

The fine gentlemen of KA will now be subject not just to violating Duke compact, but violating Durham's 25-person limit. The precise difference between KA and the other frats is that they got caught.
