I appreciate the support from everyone but I think that as a community it is probably best that we move on from James. He is a very sick man. It is a sickness of the heart beyond all else. What began as an innocent joke has polluted this page beyond recognition, and for this, I am truly sorry. Lest James' sickness spread to us all, I recommend that we cease to engage with him from this point on - "When a wise person has a controversy with a foolish person, The foolish person either rages or laughs, and there is no rest... A fool always loses his temper, But a wise person holds it back." Gonna probably take a week or two off from this website so it can go back to normal. In the meantime, we can only hope that James' anger subsides and in the silence that follows he realizes how truly empty and alone he is inside. God willing, James will recognize his anger as only the last vestiges of a young man's passion transitioning into the impotent rage of a middle-aged do-nothing. He will return to his meaningless desk job and watch the time pass before him and he will question himself asking "What is love? What is hate? What is joy?" and he will blink. And as the great and terrifying procession of Life itself passes before his hate-filled eyes, he will reassuringly say “I am happy, I have discovered happiness” and he will blink. But in his heart, there will be Nothing and Nothing will be his comfort.
