Does anyone actually believe the sororities/fraternities when they talk about how they want to dismantle the social hierarchy?

I only hear from top organizations about how toxic it is, but these same frats are the ones that won't mix with groups like Gphi or Chi O...

Goes both ways as well. Both srats and frats are making false claims about dismantling what they love
