Was checking out this site because I am interested in rushing. What makes a frat “top tier” and a frat “bottom tier”?

This obviously isnt as hard of a rule as people think, there are plenty dudes in lower frats who are more attractive/cooler than dudes in core 4, its just the general trend. So just give everything a shot and see where you fit in
