rankings with justifications

KA - Generally well-liked by Key 3 sororities, consistently gets solid pcs and has good brotherhoods. Tends to do well with darties but lacks in terms of night parties. Close brotherhood
Snu - Good relations with Key 3 and usually gets good pcs (except this year). Has some great parties as well.
ADPhi - Will be interesting to see where the DSig merger takes them. Has good relations with Key 3 and also has great parties. Has had some shaky pcs the past few years but the DSig merger this year really helped them with rush.
Pike - Has the best sorority relations aside from the above 3 and has some solid parties. usually does pretty well in rush and has a good brotherhood.
ATO - Sorority relations are a bit worse than Pike and parties aren't as good but are still solid. Rush has been hit or miss for them but this year was def a hit.
PiKapp - Parties a bit less than ATO and Pike but still mixes as well as ATO. Usually get large pcs but they tend to cross-rush with SigEp a bit more to fill numbers.
SigEp - Has pretty good relations with most mid-tier sororities and a few solid but unspectacular parties. Filled with nice but bland white dudes. Rush usually goes pretty well for them.
KSig - They may spend all their party money on IWed but IWed is consistently one of the most fun parties. Sorority relations are interesting (mix with PiPhi but don't mix with DG). Rush has been hit or miss for them but this year was a hit, thanks to the good snaps they got from the DSig situation. Close brotherhood.

AEPi - They're pretty low-key on campus, but they're still a solid frat. They throw some solid but unspectacular and not-well attended parties but they still party. Rush for them is usually consistent.
DTD - They have a great brotherhood, but they're sorority relations and parties are def a drop in quality from SigEp/KSig or even AEPi. THey've really struggled with rush the past few years, with meh pcs.
SigChi - Definitely pretty low-key but still has some chillers. Most of their class is made up of snaps, but that doesn't mean they're not cool people.

Chi Psi - Definitely the non-traditional frat. They lack the greek vibe of other frats, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they're more of an SLG. Still a solid group, just not much of a frat and more of an all-male Brownstone or Cooper type.
DKE - They may be small, but they're pretty nice dudes. They're pretty low-key, so I can't really speak on this.
SAE - I'm not really sure if they're still around this semester, but they're really low-key and a bit social-climby. Past pcs have been mostly snaps.
Psi Up - I literally do not know a single person in this frat.

there aren't actually rankings , obviously, bigchungus is in KA or snu. im kinda disappointed he wrote all this up its kinda sad. bigchungus i hope you get the help you need man
