can sophomores re-rush the same fraternities?

I got dropped from every fraternity I wanted to be in after round 3, and I declined snap bids. My friends ended up in Pike, ATO, Pikapp, and SigEp. If I rush these four (again) next year, would it be possible to get a bid if they cut me this year?
