rank the pledging processes

Hey everyone, I’m a freshman weighing my options, and the pledging process is definitely part of my considerations. While I don’t need details, can anyone give a ranking of the difficulty of each frat’s pledging process?

Sigep and below the pledging is an actual joke. Upper mid tier its not awful but ATO can be pretty messed up. Pike is decent, Pikapp is not bad. Top tier pledging is rough, Wayne pledging is just making their kids do super embarrassing things in public
