does anyone actually know anyone in pikapp?

I've asked this before on comments of "official rankings" where Pikapp has consistently ranked themselves alongside Pike and ATO. But seriously, does anyone actually know anyone in Pikapp?? They threw one subpar Wheels Party this past semester without a real theme and thats the extent of what I've heard about them. What makes them competitive with these frats, or even with sig ep or dtd for that matter?
