off-campus rush

Hi everyone. With rush coming up, I was wondering how off-campus rush had worked for the past few years with KSig, and how DSig will approach rush this year, since they're not allowed to conduct formal rush.

ksig is pretty much just like regular rush except that they can't be at the nasher event (round zero where you write down your name and email) so you have to know someone going in to be on that for them.

pretty sure they sent out an email to all freshmen last year (or they finessed an email list of all pnm's from ifc). i didnt know anyone and got it
